Yes. Yes. Yes. Though sometimes sooooo difficult in practice. I always hope that at the end of my life, people will say, "And she loved life and the world, despite it all."
this is a beautiful, beautiful quote and so true. there is so much pain in the world, yes, but also so much beauty and joy. let's focus on the latter.
