You live in San Diego? I'm from San Diego! But I feel the SAME way about Santa Barbara, which is where I live now. I know it may be nothing like the heat other people experience, but we're not used to it!! I'm sweating in my dress as I type this! Not cute.

As previously mentioned... this heat is killer! I don't drink coffee, but your words and the oppressive mugginess inspired me. This iced coffee is making Saturday morning in an AC-less office much more tolerable.

Stay in the Lines
sometimes people REALLY freak me out when i drive. i was by two guys in a truck once who kept speeding up to keep up with me or slowing down to stay next to me and making weird hand jestures (you know) and it was terrifying to me because i was in the middle of nowhere on a toll road, so i couldn't just pull off an exit and wait. so i ended up like speeding up as much as possible because i knew my car could go faster. ugh. hate that. and i LOVE that second quote photo - i love the text & image overlay, as well as the quote.

How I miss San Diego! My parents lived there for a couple years while I was in college. So enjoy it, even if it's trying to turn you into the wicked witch of the west, melty style.
