Every blogger has one. You know I'm right. And I think it's important... you know, to have photos of yourself on your blog. Since it is... yours. It humanizes the content and puts a face to the words your followers are reading. Well, maybe you've noticed but a solo photo rarely happens on this hurrr beauty & the feast. So what the heck is wrong with me? No matter how hard I try, I look awkward and strange. Wah.

Amen girl, please LET ME KNOW what people tell you. I am SO awkward in solo pictures. I just can't look natural and when I pose, I look crazy. HELP!

I feel your pain. You won't catch a solo photo on my blog...I feel so incredibly awkward that it's just not worth it. If you get some good tips, please share!!!
I look awkward in most photos period. I try to not be too pose -y and not smile TOO big.
I'm unbearably awkward in self photos. I'm alright with that. :)
Ahahahaha you are too cute! I do take solo photos too but grrrr it just never turns out the way I want them to.
heheh-hey-same problem here-know the back facing the camera is not so friendly-but it is my best pose!
the first one is actually really cute. it's hard to get it right- honestly just take like a million pictures. one or two will come out. out of like 50.
You're a silly head, you look beautiful all the time and these two pics are a rarity. I take almost 100 pictures for each outfit post, knowing I'll only use about 6 of them. Be patient with yourself and snap pics a lot. The more practice you have the better they'll be.
hahahahaha this is absolutely hysterical. it's so right! i always feel awkward taking pictures of just myself. i'll be glad to hear any advice you get!

I'm trying to save up for a better camera and a remote and tripod so I can take pictures of myself. I think that will help me eventually with my photos. You're probably more likely to loosen up and be yourself if its just you!

bhahahhaha i love these photos. so awesome. I've tried to take a solo shot about 14 different times and always look SO uncomfortable! i just don't get how they do it...
hahaha i totally know what you mean. i want to get a blog redesign going but not having any good solo pics is really holding me back. i think i need to invest in a tripod...i can only ask my hubs to do a photo shoot so many times ;)
