As a little girl, I begged my mom to let me wear lipstick [and heeled fancy shoes for that matter]. Once the privilege was granted to me, I was kinda bummed to find out that bright pink lipstick [and blush] was just not a cute look. [Anyone remember D.J. Tanner from Full House when she first started wearing makeup? That was me.]
I desperately wanted lip color to be cool, but it just wasn't. So I settled for cherry LipSmackers. Luckily, the trends have changed as they always do and lipstick is back "in." Needless to say, my preteen self is pretty stoked.

So weird I just bought some dark color at target yest....totes a follower as I have never been into lipstick before. I like dose Mac ones

When I was first allowed to wear makeup I literally covered my ENTIRE face in pink lipstick... it stayed for at least 3 days. Needless to say I lost makeup privileges.
I wish that lipstick looked good on me - often it makes me too like a I drank too much fruit juice

i love lipstick but i can't find a shade i like. everything i try seems too bright.... good for a fancy night out but not okay for a day of college classes.
i have a neutral pink by mac "bare again" and it'd be perfect for a day of classes! and if you want to spice it up, sometimes i add in "gotta dash!" for a small pop of color:)
Girl About Town is my favorite! I always try and get a different color and I always go back to that one. Perfect summer color. Of course I love all the colors you picked. Mac always has the best choices.

I used to sneak my granny's tiny little avon lipstick samples :-) I love lipstick but my lips are perpetually chapped. I do have some makeup forever ones that I love.
I like lipstick, but don't wear it very often and tend to just go with a tinted lip balm or gloss. When I do go wear lipstick I tend to wear fairly neutral pink shades, I cant really pull off bright colours.
I just got into lipstick this year and I can never look back! I love Russian Red for a night out but I really love Crosswires for my everyday look! It's fun but neutral (on me at least)!
